Donation and Refund Policy
ALL prices listed are NON-Refundable, Suggested, Donation amounts. Donations are due at the time of the appointment, PRIOR to receiving the service. The service will only continue once an appropriate offer has been made in the exchange of energy -- cash donation in exchange for time to complete any of the services offered -- to be determined by "Seraph, the Alchemist".
Dispute Policy
Purchasing any of the services offered is an acknowledgement that you have done your research and have selected me based on your own intuition and free will, as such, you accept that there will be no disputes.

The only data I keep is the information provided on my forms: Provided name, Email, Reading Request and other information related to my readings

All payments on the site are handled by Stripe, Paypal, CashApp, or Venmo (a PayPal service) who may have:

While I can't guarantee any specific outcomes, my goal is to empower and guide you on your path to self-awareness and higher consciousness.
By Booking My Service You Agree To The Following Terms & Conditions:
1. I reserve the right to refuse to donate my time to your journey if I feel our energies are not a match.
2. Any guidance given is meant for healing and self-discovery, sometimes this requires an honesty you have never heard but you must come to my sessions open-minded and willing to communicate, even if that is not your strong suit.
3. You and ONLY you will be held responsible for any decisions made after receiving any service I offer on this website.
4. All donations are non-refundable.
5. While I hold these practices sacred, you are not required to believe in anything but yourself. That is my only requirement. And if you're reading this, you are capable of the work should you choose to proceed with any of my services.
6. If you are booking for any Group service, or any other service, note that no disrespectful or unkind behavior or action will be tolerated and I reserve the right to remove you from any session or end any session early at my discretion.
